Attention new Registered Nurse and Registered Practical Nurse grads! Brockville General Hospital has an amazing opportunity for you!

We are seeking fourth year Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) new graduates for a full-time 12 week mentorship opportunity, which would transition into a full-time or full-time equivalent position.

What is the New Graduate Guarantee?

The Nursing Graduate Guarantee Initiative is designed to support Canadian New Graduate Nurses (i.e. graduates of Registered Nurse and Registered Practical Nurse Programs) by providing them with a full-time or full-time temporary job opportunity.

Why should I be interested?

  • This program provides new graduate nurses with the opportunity to gain experience in nursing through full-time or temporary full-time positions.
  • It is a 12 week mentorship support.
  • You will have interdisciplinary support to continue to further your development and refine your nursing skills.    
  • You are supported as you transition to practicing nursing.
  • A secure full-time employment opportunity will be waiting for you upon completion of the twelve-week New Graduate Guarantee Program.
