Volunteer For Health

Spring into Volunteering is a free lunch & learn event hosted by the Brockville General Volunteer Association who connect volunteers with opportunities to support and contribute to healthcare needs within the Brockville General Hospital community.

This free lunch and learn with have guest speakers talking about connecting learning and laughter with the benefits of volunteering at the Brockville General Hospital. There will be opening remarks by Brockville General’s Nicholas Vlacholias and lunch provided in an atmosphere where guests can meet new people and learn about the BGVA community and volunteering opportunities. 

The Spring into Volunteering event is Thursday, May 9 2024 at New Hope Church (Parkedale Ave.) in Brockville. In addition to the fun and educational talks, there will also be takeaway packages, games, prizes and a delicious lunch to follow.

Guests will have a chance to learn more about ways to get involved at the Brockville General Hospital where it’s easy to make new friends, learn new skills and make a difference in the lives of patients, their family and friends.
