About ARCC
The Assault Response & Care Centre (ARCC) provides inclusive services to all youth and adults who have been victims of or affected by sexual assault and/or domestic violence.
Services provided are specialized nursing care through Brockville General Hospital’s Emergency Department; individual or group counseling on issues related to sexual assault and domestic violence as well as peer support, resources, referrals, advocacy, and follow-up nursing care. Public education is also available surrounding issues of women abuse, violence in the context of relationships, and increasing awareness about violence.
We continue to provide ongoing support and are available between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. There are staff on-site daily.
We encourage you to call the office should you have any questions or concerns. Our phone number is 613-345-3881 or 1-800-567-7415.
If you are a recent victim of sexual assault or domestic violence, you may access the Emergency Department at Brockville General Hospital and request an ARCC nurse for medical care and or forensic evidence collection.
