Bloodwork tests give your health care team important information. LifeLabs runs blood tests to help diagnose conditions, treat disease and monitor your health.

Making an appointment

We do not perform bloodwork on site, unless you are a Brockville General Hospital Clinic patient. You can book an appointment at your nearest LifeLabs. Make sure that you have a requisition for your test signed by a physician or nurse practitioner.

Bring your requisition form and health card

Remember to bring the requisition form and your Health Card (OHIP) to your LifeLabs appointment. LifeLabs has more details on specific test instructions.
