Brockville General Hospital is proud to provide leading cardiac rehabilitation services in Leeds and Grenville.

Hours of operation
- Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Wednesday and Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
About the program
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a local rehabilitation service for people recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac angioplasty or stenting. We offer 6 and 12 week programs that help patients reach full post-operative recovery. Clients participate in these programs in the hospital or at home, depending on their individual needs.
How to participate
You must be referred by your physician or nurse practitioner to register in the program. Our services are free to eligible patients, thanks to generous funding from our local community.
We accept up to eight new patients per week, with 50 participants enrolled at any given time. Each year over 120 clients graduate from the program.

We focus on providing holistic guidance, including medical, dietary, psychosocial and exercise services. Our clients have the full support of a multi-professional team, including the following specialists:

- Respiratory therapist
- Pharmacist
