Right Care At The Right Location

Helping you get the right care at the right location
If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, please go to the nearest Emergency Department, or call 9-1-1.

Local Family Health Teams include,

- Community and Primary Care
- Leeds Grenville Family Health Team
