There are several options to access the right care in our community.
For a non-urgent concern, call your primary care provider first
Your primary care provider knows you best. They can offer diagnosis and treatment for common illnesses and injuries and provide referrals to healthcare specialists who can help with a specific condition.

If you do not have a primary health care provider call 1-800-445-1822 to register with Health Care Connect.

Pharmacists manage medication and provide health advice. They play an important role to keep you healthy.

How Health 811 can help you
Health811 is a free, secure and confidential service Ontarians can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to receive health advice. Call 811 (TTY: 1-866-797-0007), chat online, or access resources online at ontario.ca/health811.
Mental Health and/or Addictions Concerns
If you have concerns about a loved one's mental health and you think they may need immediate police or medical assistance, please call our 24/7 Crisis line at 613-345-4600 or 1-866-281-2911. You may also come directly to our Emergency Department or call 9-1-1.
If you are having non-urgent concerns, please speak with your family doctor or primary care provider.
For adults, aged 16+, you may also contact Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health.
For children and youth, under 16, contact Children's Mental Health Services of Leeds Grenville.

There are several virtual options available to you should you be experiencing any non-urgent concerns.

Our Emergency Department does not offer COVID-19 tests.
