For a non-threatening concern, call your family doctor or primary care provider first
Your family doctor knows you best. They can offer diagnosis and treatment for common illnesses and injuries and provide referrals to healthcare specialists who can help with a specific condition.

Brockville Clinical Assessment Centre
The Brockville Assessment Centre is located at 125 Stewart Boulevard, Unit #6, Brockville, Ontario. We are open to serve our community.
The Brockville Assessment Centre is available to anyone with respiratory illness symptoms, including COVID-19.
Though an innovative partnership of local health agencies, the Brockville Assessment Centre has always offered COVID-19 and medical assessment in addition to COVID-19 testing.

You should book a clinical assessment if you know or suspect that you have COVID-19 and you:

What to expect during my visit? |
You will be assessed by an appropriate health professional (e.g., physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, registered practical nurse). The assessment may include oxygen saturation, vital signs, and identifying relevant risk factors/comorbidities. You may be tested, if appropriate, and following the provincial testing guidance. You will be diagnosed by a physician or nurse practitioner. |

Mental Health and/or Addictions Concerns
If you have concerns about a loved one's mental status and you think they may need immediate police or medical assistance, please call our 24/7 Crisis line at 613-345-4600 or 1-866-281-2911. You may also come directly to our Emergency Department or call 9-1-1.
If you are having non-urgent concerns, please speak with your family doctor or primary care provider.
For adults, aged 16+, you may also contact Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health.
For children and youth, under 16, contact Children's Mental Health Services of Leeds Grenville.
