Broader Public Sector Accountability Act
The Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA), was introduced in 2010 to establish accountability standards for hospitals, local health integration networks and broader public sector organizations. The BPSAA requires every hospital, in compliance with the directive(s) issued by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, to:
- Prepare reports on the hospital use of consultants
- Publicly post expense claim information
- Prepare compliance attestations
Executive Travel and Hospitality
Brockville General Hospital employees regularly fill out travel and hospitality reports. We publicly provide these reports to enhance our hospital's patient care systems and public confidence. Staff with Brockville General Hospital adhere to and abide by our hospital's employee travel and expense policies. Additionally, our hospital's Board of Governors also adhere to the Board of Governors travel expense policy.
