Julie Caffin |
Julie Caffin, President and Chief Executive Officer
Julie joined Brockville General Hospital in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Chief Nurse Executive and Chief Operating Officer. She now serves as the President and CEO. Previous positions have included frontline and leadership positions, in both community and tertiary academic health care organizations. Julie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Carleton University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Honours Degree from York University and a Master of Health Sciences Degree from the University of Toronto. She is certified in Advanced System Leadership from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management Executive Program and is a Fellow in The Ivy Academy Community Shift Executive Leadership Program. Julie has successfully completed the Advanced Good Governance certification through The College Centre of Board Excellence. She is an active member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and has an Adjunct Academic appointment in the Queen's University School of Nursing. Julie was appointed to the St. Lawrence College Board of Governors in September 2018 and currently serves as Chair. |

Reg Hart |
Reg Hart, Interim Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive
Reg joined Brockville General Hospital in 2022 and serves as Interim Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive. Reg brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, with the last 18 in leadership roles. Since starting at Brockville General, Reg has been a Director of Patient Care Programs and has had responsibility for Medical Surgical Inpatients, Intensive Care, Women’s and Children’s and Surgical Services Programs, Laboratory and Infection Prevention and Control. He also provided coverage for Patient Flow and Allied Health. Reg has a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Diploma in Nursing (Valedictorian, Brockville General Hospital Award, and Academic Council Medal Award), a Critical Care Nursing Diploma (with distinction), completed the Advanced System Leadership Program from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management Executives Program, and a Master of Business Administration Degree (with distinction). He is an active member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. |
Cameron McLennan |
Cameron McLennan, Vice President People and Support Services
Cameron has served Brockville General Hospital's Human Resources team since 2007 and as Vice President People and Support Services since 2013. His portfolio also includes Central Scheduling, Payroll, Occupational Health and Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Services, Facilities and Maintenance, Security, and Volunteer Services. He is also our lead for our shared services with Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health, and Compass Group Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Administration from Lakehead University, Business Administration diplomas in Human Resources and Accounting from St. Lawrence College, Queens Executive Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University, is a Certified Human Resources Leader through the Human Resources Professional Association and has completed the Advanced System Leadership Program from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management Executive Programs. Cameron is a past member of the Ontario Hospital Association's (OHA) Benefit Plans Advisory Committee (BPAC). BPAC is a committee of the OHA and acts in an advisory role in relation to the governance and management of provincial wide OHA benefit plans. Cameron is a past member on the Shared Support Services Southeastern Ontario Board, which oversees shared support services (supply chain) to hospitals within the former South East Local Health Integration Network. He has participated in province-wide OHA central negotiations and chaired a regional advisory group tasked with analyzing the labour relations impact of system integration. |
Lindsay Wyers |
Lindsay Wyers, Vice President, Digital Health and Finance, Chief Information Officer
Lindsay joined Brockville General Hospital in 2022 and serves as Vice President, Digital Health and Finance, Chief Information Officer. In this role, Lindsay’s portfolio includes the management of health records, data analysis and metrics, privacy, information technology, financial services, reporting, and payroll. She sits as Chair of the Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville Ontario Health Team’s Digital Health Committee and is a valuable addition to our regional health information system project, Lumeo (Oracle Health). She is also co-chair of the Brockville General’s Lumeo Steering committee. Before joining Brockville General, Lindsay served as Director of Information Technology, Decision Support, Health Information and Privacy for Peterborough Regional Health Centre. She has also held roles within the Central East Local Health Integration Network, and Cancer Care Ontario. In her volunteer experience, Lindsay is a past President of the Durham Rape Crisis Centre, a position she held for ten years. Lindsay has an undergraduate degree in Medical Anthropology and Health Studies from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Health Sciences. She is a Certified Health Information Management Professional and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Quantic School of Business and Technology and is certified in Executive Leadership from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. |
