Quality and Enterprise Risk Management Plan
Our Quality and Enterprise Risk Management Plan ensures Brockville General Hospital (BGH) continuously strives to improve safety and quality, and mitigate risk for all hospital stakeholders.
The plan is based on priorities identified in the 2014 – 2017 BGH Strategic Plan and in our annual Quality Improvement Plan. It also follows the foundation of Accreditation Canada's eight quality dimensions and six patient safety areas.
At BGH we believe in a culture of patient safety and continuous quality improvement throughout the organization. This is achieved by supporting the organization to meet its strategic goals through maximizing efficiencies, stimulating innovation and sharing best practices.
