Discharge time from the hospital is prior to 11 a.m. In the event that family or friends are unable to assist with transporting a patient home, there are several options available. The following list represents some, however not all, available options for patients.

Provides transportation to residents of Lanark County and the Town of Smiths Falls and can serve patients on discharge from hospital.
Advance booking is recommended and should be arranged as early as possible.

Paratransit
Available to registered residents of the City of Brockville who have a mobility or cognitive disability. Service is provided within the municipal boundaries.
Rides must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Provides non-emergency patient transfer by wheelchair, Broda, and stretcher.
Patients should speak to the unit clerk, who can assist with obtaining a quote and booking the service.
