Brockville General is looking for exceptional leaders to join our volunteer Board of Directors. 

Responsibilities include,

• Actively participate in a policy model of governance.
• Oversees hospital affairs in keeping with our strategic plan.
• Governs with an emphasis on stewardship, strategic leadership, commitment to obtaining stakeholder input, encouragement of diversity, and a clear distinction of Board and staff roles.
• Comprised of 9-12 elected Directors, fulfilling the responsibilities of a 3-year term (renewable to a maximum of 9 years).
