Brockville General is always listening. Our multi-year strategy was developed with input from all of our key stakeholders, including our patients and their loved ones. To ensure a patient-centred experience, we regularly enlist the support of our Patient and Family Advisory Council, and we collect patient feedback through our patient relations processes, which include regular patient surveys, community feedback and more.
